Solace print. Two figures embrace. One cradling the other. One seeming to lean into the cradling in abject weariness. This is one of my all time favorite pieces. No pen and ink involved. Simply gouache. The colors here are a bit dark but full of emotion. Which is exactly why I enjoy painting in gouache. Works like watercolor in most ways but is more opaque.

Solace is printed on 11x14" 100lb paper. Image area is 9.5x7.5" and ready for a standard mat. Comes in a protective sleeve with backer.
